Durability = Less Waste

Our Canon UVgel and Mimaki eco-solvent printers deliver long-lasting graphics that reduce the need for reprints. Fewer reprints mean less vinyl, ink, laminate, and labor wasted.

Eco Certifications

We run inks that meet the highest indoor air quality standards. Canon UVgel and Mimaki SS21 inks are GREENGUARD Gold certified, while our Digitech UV inks contain 0% VOCs.

Precision Installs = Near-Zero Reprints

Our installation teams have achieved virtually zero reprints over the past 15 months. This saves material waste, installer time, and reduces the carbon footprint of do-overs.

ASC’s overall reprint waste rate is 2.7%, compared to the 5-10% industry average. We hope to reduce and maintain at a rate of 2% or less.

Smart Material Use

With our Zünd CNC router, we maximize every sheet using nesting software to cut down on scrap. We are also exploring recyclable substrates and eco-friendly packaging solutions.

What’s Next?

We’re committed to exploring recyclable substrates, eco packaging, and new waste-reduction programs. Materials such as foamcore are detrimental to the environment. Customers are encouraged to request products such as EcoBoard, EcoBoard Max, and Falconboard.
